If you are registering for Novice you will need:
- Completed registration form
- Check for fees made payable to the Hamilton Aquatic Water Polo Club
- Have read the PIPEDA policy
If you are registering for Competitive you will need:
- Completed registration form
- Completed HAWPC code of conduct form
- Have read the PIPEDA and WPC code of conduct policies
- Checks as outlined under fees for competitive members
- New competitive members must provide copy of birth certificate
If you cannot make the registration day you can mail in your forms and checks as indicated above.
