The Hamilton Aquatic Water Polo Club is excited to bring back our Swim and Play Ball program at Lower Lions Pool! This fun and engaging summer program introduces athletes to water polo through a mix of skill development and game play.
We’ll be offering two training groups based on grade level for Fall 2024:
🔵 Group 1: Grades 3–6
Dates: Saturdays, July 13 – August 24 (7 weeks)
Time: 9:30 – 10:30 AM
Cost: $125 + $25 Insurance (Ontario Water Polo)*
Location: Lower Lions Pool, 263 Jerseyville Rd W
Format:
20-minute skill session
40-minute game session
Requirements:
Must be comfortable in deep water
Must be able to swim two widths of the pool unassisted
🔵 Group 2: Grades 7–9
Dates: Sundays, July 14 – August 25 (7 weeks)
Time: 10:30 – 11:30 AM
Cost: $100 + $25 Insurance (Ontario Water Polo)*
Location: Lower Lions Pool, 263 Jerseyville Rd W
Format:
20-minute skill session
40-minute game session

💦 Hammerhead Triathlon Swim (Optional Add-On)
Open to all athletes – a great way to build swim fitness in an outdoor lane setting!
Dates: Sundays, July 14 – August 25
Time: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Cost: $60
Location: Lower Lions Pool, 263 Jerseyville Rd W
Additional Notes:
Athletes who were registered with HAWPC during the 2024/2025 season will not be required to pay the insurance fee again.
